This comprehensive list of inclusions details what is actually required to host a successful wedding. Mt Beare provides one of the least expensive path-ways to an amazing outcome.

  • Facility Manager, with full support in operating the venue
  • We help you design and setup to create a truly memorable and unique wedding. Providing you with tools and resources. Couples will typically visit our venue on several occasions and become treated as family. Full day before for set up and rehearsals
  • Exclusive use of venue on your day with flexible access the day prior and day following. We clean
  • Multiple ceremony sites including lakeside. 40 timber ceremony chairs, timber benches, signing table and chairs, vintage rugs, large market umbrellas, lakeside bar and musician’s platform with power. Suitable for formal through to Coachella style ceremonies. We have two undercover inclement weather ceremony options avoiding the stress and cost of last-minute marquee hire
  • Alternative wedding arbours
  • Party game lawn and games
  • Vine covered alfresco terrace for canapes/cocktail party. Sunsets down the valley with fairy light canopy
  • Reception in the large woolshed. Our vast undercover areas eliminate the need for a marquee which can be cramped and unpleasant if hot, cold or wet. Marquee hire typically costing $8,000 - $10,000, some of the better venues insist upon this to avoid reputational damage from a washed-out wedding
  • Multiple bars including dedicated Gin Bar if required
  • Insulated woolshed with natural light, ventilation, heating & cooling

  • Sound system, professional JBL with microphones - even the afterparty can be total playlist

  • Mobile bars – indoors & out, freezers for ice, large display fridges and walk-in cool room
  • Ice-cream cart, cake and desert tables
  • Toasty Toaster Station for inexpensive late night snacks - yum!
  • Lavazza Expresso machine and coffee
